The Central Puget Sound Youth Transportation Alliance (CSYTA) is governed by a youth-majority Board of Directors. Most members are students from across the Puget Sound region, with a small number of trusted adult advisors serving in supportive and fiduciary roles.

The Board establishes organizational priorities, approves major initiatives, and provides oversight to ensure CSYTA stays true to its mission of amplifying youth voices in transportation planning. At key milestones, the Board adopts budgets, considers resolutions, and makes decisions that guide outreach, advocacy, and project work.

The Board meets regularly in open meetings where the public is welcome to attend and provide comment.
