About Our Meetings
The Central Puget Sound Youth Transportation Alliance (CSYTA) Board of Directors meets regularly to discuss projects, share updates, and make decisions about our advocacy work. Our goal is to keep meetings open, accessible, and welcoming to everyone interested in improving transit in our region. Regular meetings are on the third Saturday of each month.
How to Join
Currently, all meetings are hosted online via Google Meet, with links shared in advance on our communication channels (Discord, email, and social media).
Virtual Access: Meetings open a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
In Person (Coming Soon): We are exploring options to hold occasional meetings at public library meeting rooms in King and Pierce Counties. These spaces can host 12–16 attendees and are accessible by transit. Details will be announced in advance.
What to Expect
Each meeting includes organizational updates, project discussions, and opportunities for members and guests to share input.
Agendas and materials are posted one week before each meeting on our Discord server and sent to members by email.
Meetings start promptly, but doors (or virtual waiting rooms) open a few minutes early.
Public Comment
CSYTA welcomes public input at every meeting.
Individuals are given up to 4 minutes each to provide comments or feedback.
In-person participants (when available) will be called first, followed by online participants.
Written comments may also be submitted in advance to info@csyta.org and will be shared with the Board.
